University of Nottingham Ladies Lacrosse do International Women’s Day
University of Nottingham played purple! The club wore ribbons, stickers, and wristbands in recognition of International Women’s Day
To celebrate International Women's Day 2023, University of Nottingham Ladies Lacrosse Team wore purple ribbons and purple wristbands during their semi-final BUCS game against Oxford on Wednesday 8th March.
The club were also recently asked to send in nominations for the University of Nottingham Sport Buddy Awards, which functions as an opportunity to recognise players who have done something special.
The club have also been running a Star Player initiative, in which teammates vote for players who have been outstanding both on and off the pitch, with winners receiving a free cake and tea or coffee from Toast Cafe!
